1.1 Communication - Interpersonal/Conversational
The student engages in conversations, provides and obtains information, expresses feelings and emotions, and exchanges opinions.
1.1.1 The student converses on global and literary topics using cohesive and connected units of thought in present, past, and future time.

2.2 Cultural Products and Perspectives
The student demonstrates an understanding of the relationship between the products and perspectives of the culture studied.

The student makes connections to other disciplines through knowledge of a world language.

3.1.1.3 The student distinguishes fact/opinion and recognizes propaganda, bias, and stereotypes in various types of text.
